Refund Policy

We only accept refund/exchanges under the following conditions: 

product was damaged during shipping; 
or wrong product was delivered 
or product not received after 60 days

1) Product was damaged during shipping 
In case the product was damaged, please email info@neckgalace.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged product. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

2) Wrong product was delivered 
In case the wrong product was delivered, please email info@neckgalace.com with your order number and details about the product. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

3) Product not received after 60 days 
If the mail service loses your order, we will give you a refund 60 days after the order is shipped.

Please note that no refund will be given if you order has not arrived in less than 60 days. This is because mail delay does happen, and customs can hold packages for up to 6 weeks. This does not happen often, but it can happen. Shipping cost is not refundable.

If you still haven't received your order after 60 days, please email info@neckgalace.com with your order number, so we can work out a solution.
